ARC Pilates is located in the Foothills of the Rocky Mountains in the beautiful Town of Cochrane, Alberta. We are just 10 minutes northwest of the Calgary city limits. ARC Pilates is a fully equipped Classical Pilates Studio that prides itself on customized individual movement experiences. Amy Rost is a fully insured and an internationally certified Pilates Teacher.

Our initial assessment evaluates your fitness level and identifies areas of concern, creating a personalized Pilates plan to ensure a safe and effective journey at ARC Pilates.

Our Movement Intro Classes help you familiarize yourself with the apparatus, techniques, and terminology used at ARC Pilates, laying a solid foundation for your practice.

Mat classes provide a group setting focused on core strength, flexibility, and overall body conditioning, suitable for all fitness levels using just a mat.

Private sessions offer one-on-one instruction, allowing for customized workouts that address specific goals, injury rehabilitation, or enhanced Pilates practice.
